Meagan Almy LMT, CPT

Meet Meagan: Meagan graduated from SpaTech in Plymouth, MA, in 2015 and became a Licensed Massage Therapist. She has completed courses and achieved certifications in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), cupping, and kinesiology taping, all through RockTape, and specialties in Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Prenatal Massage. Meagan is also a Certified Personal Trainer with a certification in Sports Nutrition through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). She is continuing her education in Exercise Science through Concordia University Chicago to obtain a master’s degree in Exercise Science with a focus on Human Movement and Corrective Exercise.  With her 10 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, Meagan is passionate about helping people improve their quality of life through improved mobility and helping athletes improve their athletic performance.
